The University of Florida softball team’s “Swinging for Cancer” charity event, which was originally postponed due to rain, was canceled for the 2010 season. The Gators look forward to hosting the event next year.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - As the season draws closer, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga softball team will host a fan day on Thursday at the UTC Hitting Facility located in Warner Park. The festivities are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., where supports of the team will have an opportunity to interact with the players and coaches.
